A short handled spatula.
Features
No holes in blade.
Why do spatulas always have holes the working end? Do they serve any purpose other than making it hard to clean?
Short handle.
Long handles may be fine if you cook for the navy and have a griddle the size of a tennis court to operate. Otherwise keep it quick and nimble, an extension of the hand.
Flat end for scraping.
Handle stays elevated when set down.
The shape was drawn using Solvespace.
Cut the shape out of 0.05 stainless. There are online services that will do this, (I used Big Blue Saw ) Then rivet flat wood for the handle.
